ZENwalk

A ZENwalk is an excellent way to clear your mind of clutter and restore your sense of focus. It’s not a hike, rather a quiet saunter. We have no particular destination other than stilling the mind via a decelerated nature immersion. Based on the Japanese art of Forest Bathing, we awaken all of our senses — sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch — to bring awareness to our body and surroundings.
A ZENwalk is a form of meditation that first focuses on the sensations of the body and then takes the mind on a nature-based journey. We finish with a tea ceremony honoring the land, each other and ourselves. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and restored with a deep sense of belonging.
