Pop-Up Display: Bird Behavior
March 23 @ 10:30 am - 1:30 pm

Join Master Naturalist, Pat Jonas, in the Nature Education Center, to learn about bird behavior!
Spring migration is bringing many birds back north, looking for food and nesting locations. Some have travelled long distances while some have stayed close to home. This is the time of year when they are busy choosing mates, building nests and incubating eggs so their territorial tendencies will be showing. We will look at some of the ways that they communicate to establish a territory, attract a mate, or protect their offspring.
