Come join us for an in-depth guide to pruning. Learn various pruning techniques applied to our woody specimens directly from our Cylburn garden staff.

The following topics will be covered:

2. Optimal time for pruning
3. Learn/perform the various types of pruning cuts
4. Discuss the various pruning tools and their proper use
5. How to approach different shrubs and trees with their unique structures and growth habits

If available, please bring your own pruning tools (hand pruners and hand saws).

A portion of this workshop will be held outdoors – please dress appropriately for the weather.
