City Nature Challenge Bioblitz: Help us identify and count species for the International City Nature Challenge!
Did you know that the Baltimore area participates in an international nature-observing challenge? The City Nature Challenge is an annual 4-day bioblitz at the end of April (take photos April 26-29, identify what was found by May 5!), where cities are in collaboration-meets-friendly competition to find and document wildlife!
Come this Sunday from 12:30-2 under the tent next to the mansion
Participate by checking out field guides, activities (sort through leaf litter! grab a scavenger hunt!), or joining a guided hike. Bring your digital camera or cell phone. Even better, download the iNaturalist app on your phone ahead of time!
Naturalist-Guided hikes will take place leaving from the tent:
