The Spring propagation season is among us! Come join our Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps member Ron Roberto for a hands on Gardener’s Workshop on plant propagation. Ron will present a beginner-friendly introduction to the world of propagation, covering various methods including: seed propagation, cuttings, divisions, layering, grafting and tissue culture. The lecture will be followed by a hands-on tour around the grounds, where newly learned skills can be applied. You’ll also get the opportunity to bring home your own Cylburn plant!

If available, please bring your pair of gloves, pruners, and a soil knife. Prepare to get your hands dirty!

Attendees will meet in the Nature Education Center classroom.

Attendence of ‘Plant Propation Part 1’ is not necessary for this workshop.
